The new concept electric arc furnace is a new furnace type independently developed by our company. It has functions such as adding scrap steel in a sealed room, preheating scrap steel in a vertical shaft, controlling the amount of scrap steel falling with a rotary encoder, continuously adding scrap steel to the electric arc furnace with a horizontal vibration car, and achieving full melting pool operation. The furnace has a novel structure and reasonable design, and has the technical level of advanced foreign equipment. Has obtained a national utility model patent.
