Equipment features: The main circuit is connected in series with a reactor to increase system impedance, achieve secondary high voltage, long arc low current operation, stable arc, high active power, and use on load voltage regulation during furnace operation. The electric furnace can be operated in two forms: left operation and right operation. The furnace cover is a rotary type, with pre feeding and eccentric bottom tapping.

The furnace body is a frame type fully water-cooled structure, with the upper and lower furnace shells detachable. The furnace cover is a concentric circular tube type water-cooled structure, with a furnace door carbon oxygen gun and furnace wall burner.
